| | | The moment I saw this place I was just dying to explore it. However, upon walking around the building I noticed there were some people in the back which I guess explained the front gate being wide open. We went back later in the day a few days later to find the front gate closed, a hopeful sign since there are plenty of other POEs but upon checking the back the same red car was there again so I decided not to risk trespassing on government property. So without further ado, heres the outside!

| | | That place would be sooooo much fun to get into. I think I see the problem though. You didnt report to Southshore Harbor for Access. Another good set man.

| | | Damn, thats right! I knew I should have walked up to those guys on the back side and asked to wander about. Actually, I did consider that but I figured it wouldn't fly with it being a government facility and all. j.
