Yeah, it's fine for pedestrian traffic. I'm not sure I would trust driving a car across it though, but it's blocked from that anyway.

Check out this guy's site. He's explored darn near every iron bridge in the state of Oklahoma! The site is full of technical stuff about the bridges and their construction as well. It's awesome.
