Never look up...
| | Has anybody been to Bussana Vecchia in Italy? < on 4/16/2007 8:05 PM >
| | | So before somebody jumps down my throat... yes I did search for it, using several different spelling options and didn't see anything. Seeing as it is in Italy, and it is technically in use for the most part, it may not be considered worthy of being included in the UEDB. That being said, from the limited photos I've seen in the couple of hours I've known about it and been furiously researching it, the place looks amazing! Obviously you can find out a lot more through other means, but for the lazy here's the town's "official" website: http://www.bussana.com I know it seems a bit random, but the whole artists squatting ruins , state claiming ownership, artists fighting back and winning, conserving and respecting the ruins while making their own mark... yeah. I thought it was relevant to quite a few threads I've been paying attention to on here, and just friggin cool regardless, so I figured somebody else may think so... That and the photos I've been finding are pretty weak and I was hoping somebody had something better ;)

| | | Thanks for the link. I had never heard of Bussana Vecchia before. It looks beautiful. I'm adding it to my list of places to visit should I ever make it to Europe.
