It's not uncommon for partiers to start fires, indoors, to stay warm. swell.
Or dumb-ass copper looters using cutting torches or cut-off wheels.
That's slightly better than deliberating trying to burn it down, but the results that same, and the level of not giving a flying fuck is too.
So...same-same.
