What's your point here? If you search through the forums, there are many threads dealing with ethics centered around destruction of explorable sites. You will find more information than starting a new thread.
If you know of a site that is up-and-running, post it for us to see, and perhaps then something could be done about it.

not many i'd assume, because you have to gain full membership to access more places other then when a few people post names.
but the point is, they arent going to join a site and pretend to be anti-vandal when they are vandals just to access the database to destroy. would take up too much time, not to mention you'd need to "vouched" for.

After all they buy paint, tools and lug them to sites to vandalize them.
They can join and by posting threads of their favorite subjects, find like minded explorers...

Then, break some windows. Wait a month for some moderator in Canada who doesnt know me at all to give me full membership, then Id locate some L3 abandoned asylums to go spray paint, yeah thats the ticket!
Its so much easier than when I was in the reality world where I just happened upon some place by chance that nobody is watching or cares about and decide to go fuck it up and tag it!

I must add, purely from a risk management perspective, THOSE GUYS SHOULD REALLY BE WEARING EYE PROTECTION AND GLOVES.

If you are going to go out and smash toilets with baseball bats, wear gloves, eye protection, and preferably - steel toed boots too.

DON'T LISTEN TO HIM. Excessive safety equipment has fucked up the evolutionary process enough already. Shoes are for pussies. Don't wear gloves or goggles, and yes, you should push that button just to see what it does.
