I guess the neighbors did have valid complaints after all My first time there, years and years ago, they told me it was used to move bodies to the bottom of the hill because they didn't want to dishearten patients with hearses constantly on site. Instead the hearse was waiting at the bottom of the tunnel. This was before the guard's job was to give you a "ghost tour." Both make sense. I changed my mind so much I can't even trust it.
