All new orders are being shipped in sealed bubble mailers -- it should pretty much guarantee delivery.
I don't have the money to remail the free lights, but if those donors who received damaged postage and a missing light purchase another light, I will include a free light with their order.

| | | | When I called the usps I was first told that it was in a regular envelope so what did I expect, their machines can not handle anything but letters in envelopes. When I asked about where it could have went I was told lost items go to a regional holding center. If it is valued under $10 it gets destroyed daily and over $10 it is held for 90 days.
The flash lights fall into the under $10 categorizes. So my guess is it would be pocketed. I just hope mine jammed up one of their machines badly

That thing is way bright for being so tiny... I love it.
Here is a bonus fact about the light that some of you may not know:
For those of us with pets that have accidents on the carpet who is working hard at potty training our pet, if you turn off all your regular house lights and search around the carpet with the UER light, it will spot stains you didn't even know were there! Who knew?

These lights are so bright that they actually output some light in the UV spectrum, causing organic materials to glow a little, like a blacklight
