We women love views. I hate stairs and ladders, but a nice view is SO worth the trouble. I think it makes everybody else mad that I HAVE to go on the rooftop everywhere we go.. ^_~
Just make sure if it gets kinda hot and heavy, be courteous and bring a blanket.. HAHA!

| | | | To counter my image as a contrarian, elitist prick, I'm actually going to do what basically no one above has done, and actually answer your question sympathetically, despite the terrible grammar and (mis)use of "Uer".
In the following, I'm going to assume that the girl in question does not generally get herself into "tomboyish" activities, but that you've seen the potential in her to appreciate the same qualities about exploring that you do. That said, this advice is as applicable to someone trying to get a skeptical guy to go exploring with them, none of it is meant to be sexist.
1) Pick somewhere that's actually beautiful and interesting. The 200 foot culvert down the street and the empty warehouse beside the place you work won't qualify.
2) Tell her why it's beautiful and means something to you. Tell, don't explain. Raw feelings are good here, talk about how the place makes you feel.
3) Warn her about minor things she may find uncomfortable but that shouldn't actually get in the way of exploring the place: dust, puddled water, dead pigeons, ladders she'll have to climb, and low-risk security measures, then emphasize that they won't ruin the experience. Express your belief that this is something that she can definitely do and enjoy.
4) Use your discretion in telling her about potential first-trip deal-killers: holes in the floor, hundreds of spiders in out-of-reach windows or corners, excessive grime. It's going to be your job to help her avoid/overcome these things when you're there. Don't lie about these things though, just don't necessarily mention them if they're safely surmountable, manageable or avoidable, and basically part of the safe experience of the place. If there's considerable risk to them, consider whether this is really somewhere you'd take a friend who has never done any of this before.
5) Emphasize that she needs to wear shoes and clothing that can get dirty.
6) When you go, take care of her, watch out for mistakes born of inexperience, but don't hover over her or overproject your concerns so that she gets nervous.
7) Take photos to emphasize that this is more than an empty lark, and to give her a permanent record to take pride in later.
But most of all, make it a positive, reinforcing experience that she'll want to have again.
