Looks like a cool place, but not really interesting picture. The power lines are distracting. It would look better if you focused on something closer on the restaurant.

I agree. The building looks like it has some nice details. Why not zone in on them?

Good idea by choosing to shoot during sunsest, though. Nice colors are present, and there are no harsh shadows from, say, power lines.
