Very nice!

The second one is definitely my favorite. I'd love to see the exact same shot but with a lot more negative space at the top with a more bubbles trailing off. Would make one badass enlargeent!

Definitely tempted to see more from you. You've disproved my bitter assumption that there are no creative people in St. Joseph/Benton Harbor as well as respectable explorers! If I hadn't moved to St. Louis back in June I would kindly show you all the places throughout the area.

Great work, and excellent website as well!

Great idea. 10 points for originality, and another 10 for good pictures. Number 2 is my favorite. It looks spectral.

That's just flat out amazing. What camera were you shooting with and what underwater cover did you have?

Thats everybody for the positive feedback. Some people have asked about the setup/equipments.

I used the EWA-Marine underwater housing. [link]
I had a Canon EOS 350D camera with a Sigma 10-20mm lens. The wide angle of the lens results in the circle you can see in the second to last photo. I cropped it out in most of the photos. I also had a Speedlite 580EX that was kind of going crazy till i realized the batteries were empty.

Ill post some more shots soon

I really liked all of them. I bought about 5 disposable cameras I was planning for just such a project, but cant seem to find a pool where I can use them.

These two shots, and the one with the girl are great. I'm curious what you are using for a light source on these. Is she holding a flashlight in a dark pool?

This is a very creative project. I'd love to see more of your work, its great.

Ah, something new to play with. These are really cool. I think I would be uncomfortable putting $2000 in camera equipment in a ziplock bag and going for a swim with it however.

last time i checked...this is a site for urban exploration.... the pictures would make more sense if they were taken in a pool in a abandoned hotel(yet i bet that water would be really dirty and i would recommend opening your eyes under water) next time just lie and say it was some place empty.
