You can also look up Twinturbo/Intalex's old account and use the "Find All Posts by this User" function (if the account is still active). It'll be a hell of a read.

"Hell of a read" is somewhat of an understatement... did anyone else get the idea that this guy isn't playing with a full deck? It almost seemed to me that he didn't himself know where reality ended and his fantasies began...

I got that impression all along. It was a big hint when he was saying that he used explosives to blow stuff up, that he wore an NBC suit "just to be careful", etc... You aren't a true believer in UE if you blow stuff up all the time. That totally contradicts the motto "Take only pictures, Leave only footsteps". He was bullshitting everybody since day one.

His first couple of posts made him look like some kind of renegade special ops mercenary with the gear he claimed to be packing; but then I realized it was just some kid who'd probably spent a little too much time playing Metal Gear Solid and Splinter Cell! It sounded like he wanted to fool people into thinking he could out-Jester Jester in terms of his abilities and his know-how, but just ended up looking like a whiny brat.

The kid had problems, that's for sure. Being a damned liar doesn't help much either.

I certainly don't have a problem with someone out Jestering me... as long as they can. There are always going to be people with more skill/talent/experience out there (hell, I know for sure my father could get into places I can't). When someone demonstrates that they actually are skilled, I'm more than willing to learn from them and follow their lead.
When it's clearly a load of shit, then I see a problem with that, and will say so...

Actually those NBC suits are pretty handy, they come with gloves, boots, and suit. I know there isn't any use for them in UE I'm just saying.

I don't really have any thoughts on this guy. It's hard to really understand exactly what happened when you've arrived just after it all ended.

My guess is that he was so over enthusiastic that he would fantasize. He would be so impressed with his imaginative fantasies that he wanted to tell someone, but of course the only way to really do this without looking like a nut (at first) is to just say that you did it.

I used to have a friend that did the very same thing, and it was really annoying because it was so embarressing. Especially when there were other people present.

Oh, they'd definitely be cool to have, and handy. Intalex's suit was unfortunately, imaginary...

Yeah, they are certainly cool and useful, but, as Jester said, it was all imaginary [at least pertaining to TT/Intalex]

I dunno would a site really get that chemically toxic that you would need an NBC suit? Seems a bit drastic to me.

Well I'm no expert so I can't comment, all I can say is that maybe we should just let it go now he's gone. Clearly he's not worth the debate.

I think that only Nuclear Pwr. Plants and Hospital Radio. labs could get that toxic. Then again, I'm not an expert in this subject.
