Now the challenge I am going to throw out there is for someone (anyone) to name a enzyme(s) that is derived from food and is necessary for human digestion. As each enzyme derived from food is presented (hopefully with some supporting reference) I will name one of the human digestive enzymes and how this enzyme functions and where it comes from...sound fair?
