| | Shut down schools in Edmonton < on 11/5/2006 2:33 AM >
| | | With the closing of some schools in Edmonton over the last couple of years, I wonder has anyone tried entry into them, or are the alarms and such still very active. The one I like is on the corner of 127st and 132ave Wellington I think its called ?

| | | Yes, Wellington. I went by today, it's very open looking I don't mean the building, but lots of residential areas have a clear view of it, and there are neighbourhood watch signs up around it. I didn't go in, maybe at night I would try, when it's dark. Doesn't help that it's right on a really busy road.

| | | There is a place that is shut off from majority of prying eyes. The building (if I remember) is "U" shaped and the only view for residents is across a field. Though I dont know how well a night raid would be, lights(flash or not) going off in a abandon building could spark attention from unwanted people. Also If I remember the windows that are accessable w/o a ladder are all gated in. So it would be a toss up, night and have fun searching in the dark, or day and risk being sppoted. But if your up for something I wouldnt mind joining.
