Church is meant to be haunted - used to be a mortuary train station in Sydney Australia in the early 1900's - was transported brick by brick in the 1920's to Canberra and lies ever since.
The tree was cable release with a red gel - its at a lake near home "Lake George".
Plenty of unexplained deaths in and around this lake in the last 100 or so years - plenty unsolved - and theres meant to be a ghost hitchiker...
