|  | | | Here are a few pictures I snapped quickly in the Jim Swartz building in Baton Rouge. If this place is already in the database I apologize, I'm not a full member so couldn't tell, if not then please let me know and I'd be happy to tell you more about it.
I wanted to stay and take more artsy photos but not long after getting there we heard someone coming up the stairs behind us and had to leave very quickly.
I should probably have added this in the South forum, but I don't live in that area, was just there visiting. Feel free to move it though!

Jimmy Swaggert was a tele-evangelist preacher that couldnt resist the "ladies of the evening" and got busted for solicitation. He made a tearful appeal to his flock and confessed his sins on national TV, not sure what the status of his little billionaire empire is/was.
(if its not the Jimmy Swaggert Hotel and there actually is a "Jimmy Swartz" building in BR, then you may very well be the very first person to explore it)

| | | | I was told Jim Swarts but it could of been Jim Swaggert. I know all about Jim Swaggert. The story I got on the building was it was built along with a sister building that was completely. Apparently they ran out of money while building this one. The other one is an apartment building but this one looks much too small to be apartments, I think they are laid out and look much more like hotel rooms.
