| | | Very nice... I love the details on the ceilings. The actual building is very "Psycho" looking! What is the warning for on the front door?

| | | when people get on here and ask for advice on "composition" i sometimes wonder if they know exactly what they're asking for. you, however, seem to know exactly what you're doing with composition. each picture this set is beautifully composed, with very fluid and interesting paths for the eye to follow, and thats exciting to me. #1. theres no nonsense in this shot, and i like that. stairs, door. you show the subject (which is an interesting one), and flatter it. #2. there are so many interesting elements to this. the vertical lines of varying sizes, the rafters visible through the door, the diagonal thingy on the right wall, and that red and white rag. i looked at this one for a long time. #3. the wood is beautiful and makes this picture interesting to look at #4. composed expertly. my eye it given a wonderful tour around the room, ending at the door, which you were smart to put in there, as it give the picture a very satisfying sense of depth. #5. the staircase shot really needs no explanation. all the lines serve to keep your eye going down the hole in the middle. like the last one, provides the viewer with a sense of depth. the fact that i made this picture is hilarious and makes me laugh at myself. but i felt like doing it. it was satisfying. and maybe it will serve as an adequate visual to accompany my critique:
