These would be amazing if they were lit better. Try a longer exposure time.

Mhh.. i usually tend to shoot dark, because that is reality in these buildings and i like to bring that feel back into the shots. But something to ponder about..

It's a start. Work on a balanced exposures; you're losing shadows.

i have never taken a photograph in my life
exploring should be done at home, where it's safe

The dark end of your histogram is gray. Gray = Flat.
Black points are the most important part of figuring contrast.
