Great stuff. Number one is definitely my favorite. You did a good job capturing the size of the place. I prefer the black and white shots though.

1,2,4 & 8 could use a bump in brightness and more contrast, they look dark, dull (color-wise) and grey. I find this happens a lot in very dusty places with a certain kind of light, it just kills the colors and contrast.

Beautiful composition on #1, nice job! Notice how your eye flows from the top of the photo into the bottom where it is framed off nicely to create even more interest.

#4 has nice diagonal movement, might need some brightness/contrast adjustments here too though as it looks a little flat

#8 feels a bit empty on the bottom, I would suggest a little croppping

#9 kills the set, I would take it out. It lacks a focal point and it looks like you took the brightness down to avoid the blown out windows and unfortunately it made the rest of the photo very dark.

You have an eye for composition and framing, I think you should be more conscious of it while you shoot, even if it seems like it takes forever to take one shot (but not so much to ruin the fun of being there!)

Save the planet... kill yourself.

I'm by no means an expert but here's my 2 cents...
I love #1. Maybe bring up the brightness on it? Its really dark, but I suppose that's just a matter of taste. What a great location though, wow.
#2, maybe capture more of the natural light that is shown in the background of the pic, maybe a different angle would let more through.
#3. Whatever that is on the right side of the pic is distracting, maybe a vertical alignment focusing on the staircase?
#4. Eh, I've got nothing constructive... I'm not a big fan of having people in UE pictures, but that's just my opinion. I wish you had that kind of lighting on picture 2 though.
#5. That's got some interesting prospective but I really can't tell what's going on down the bottom there, maybe some brightness again on this one.
#6. I like this picture a lot but maybe the stuff on the right side could be cropped and this would be better vertically aligned?
#7. I have nothing that could add to this picture, I like it a lot.
#8. Again, I have nothing to add to this picture. I don't really like the content much but its a great picture.
#9. Maybe focus on one element in this picture, I'm not sure what I'm supposed to be looking at, I'm not really drawn to any one part of the picture.

Again, I'm still new to this, but that's what I've got for what its worth, take it or leave it.

pro.

My favorites were #3 and #4. Good pictures, but for some reason they seem a little dark to me.

i came up with a suggestion, then saw that everyone else thought the same thing: too dark. i think they could all stand to be a bit brighter.

1 3 6 and 8 were my favorites.

#1. i like the forms and lines, but it could use overall brightening and some contrast for the brights

#3. the thing i like about this one is the eerie light, and the complimentary colors (the orange and blue). although it may not be the most amazing picture ever, i do think you did a good job with the subject matter. and for that, i commend you

#6. another eerie one, suffers from a little too much empty black space. crop the bottom. and you may want to crop out the bright window on the right side, but thats a matter of preference. try it and see how you like it

#8. saturate it a little perhaps? add some contrast, make it brighter. basically fool around with it. i like the subject matter a lot. its a balanced and interesting picture.

edit: #9. would be MUCH MUCH better if it were brighter and had a lot of contrast. there is a lot of potential for an interesting contrast between the white bricks, the skylights, and the dark ceiling
