Ok .. thanks 2X for pointing out I didnt check the make public box on my first post, sorry for that cause, yes, my point is to provide a chance for some of the newer people on here to meet some of the people who've been here for a while. So heres a copy of my original post ....

Ok ... I havent been to one of these yet, mainly cause they are always at night and after working 12-14 hours a day, usually 6 days a week I try to reserve saturday nights for home stuff but I'm gonna try and make this one. I know melancholy has been trying to get things going but doesnt look like to many have been showing up so I though I'd post this to the forum and make a plea for us to try and have a bit of a turnout this time. So ... the 15th ... the usually place and time, how about we meet, talk about whats been going on in the area, the various boards etc... and maybe try and ratchet things up a notch! Theres alot of new people around to and maybe would be a good chance to meet some of the others to show your serious about UE. Theres been alot of BS given back and forth lately maybe we could use this as a chance to clear the air?

Also.. as far as going exploring with people you dont know etc... no one said anyone had to go exploring at all the point being to meet and get to know one another a bit more so that maybe we could go exploring with some new people or to just get to know one another better. I hadn't met you 2x or even hardly talked with you via PM or anything when I invited you out a couple weeks ago to tour the Hotel, sometimes ya gotta let the guard down folks and at least meet and get to know one another and find out what peoples interests are etc.. why some like drains, some buildings, some love the thrill of night and some only safe day trips.

Arch steps off soap box .... hope to see some of you there, if you have ideas by the way for doing it during the day vs night another location I got a couple PM's that some people may be open to it do ..... so ...discuss amongst ya selves as they say!

Sounds cool to me. Do you know where yet? It sounds like a great idea. Hopefully not an expansive restaurant. Id love to go out sometime and see some of the sites in the area. I havent had much luck finding new places.

ok, gonna give this a shot ....
for some of the newer folks out there, some suggestions, and no i'm not trying to give you crap, just some things you may want to do.

1. When you registered here you had some options that you could fill out, at least go and fill out your location, then based on that I belive you will get emails every month about the meet n greet cause I think it's done automatically based on that. Do that by clicking the button that says "PROFILE".

2. For those wanting to know about the get together, Click on the button called "EVENTS" look for Dee eff dubb .... it will explain it.
