I see that you are playing with depth of field but I'd like to see more in focus
#4: could you straighten it and include some of the info at the bottom of the document?
a closer shot with the word "anesthesie" would be very cool
#5: I think you could get a more dynamic shot by shooting lower dowm higher up, playing with composition
the graffiti is well exposed..hmm maybe a tad over-exposed but the interior is under-exposed

About getting lower. This was a very bad place, many junks, many many needles. Didn't want to put my knee down for the needles.
Your right about 5, let's see if i can do some photoshopping to correct the exposure. Wasn't shooting in RAW then... now i do that every shoot.

Second one is excellent as well. 3 and 4 were kind of bland shots, maybe if the magazines in 3 were open and facedown on a tray of dentist tools next to an examining chair, it would imply a lack of experience by the dentist and play on peoples emotions regarding dentists in general. I can see what you're trying to do in 4 but I think it would benefit more with a dental mold lying on it side in the shot, or even some real teeth, not necessarily human either, maybe some deer teeth. No5 isn't bad, it's just not especially compelling.
