No, I just made the picture black and white except for my friend and Ronald.

As for the picture, yeah it does suck. You basically discovered selective desaturation, everyone went through this at some point. Subject is boring, you should have put more emphasis on these creepy cartoon characters.

| | | | I don't think your subject adds anything to the image. I'd shoot it without him in the picture and focus more on the cartoons. Also, the desaturation doesn't add anything to the photo, shoot it straight color.
