I thought I'd give it a shot considering I don't know too much about photography or photoshop. What do you think?

How did you manage to photoshop that Michigan logo on your jersey? It almost looks like it was there all along.

No, I just made the picture black and white except for my friend and Ronald.

A: It's not me
B: I never said I wasn't allowed to be in there. For all you know, that could've been taken in my basement. (wink wink)

So it's Charlie Brown, Jughead, Lucy, who?, Donald Duck, Ronald McDonald...who is that dog supposed to be? Toto?

Per the photoshopping, personallyl I would've coloured all the characters abovehead, and left you/theguy black and white

That was a little harsh, damn. What sucks about it? I'm trying to get better man, and that comment didn't help too much.

Don't bother, I know angeloks in real life and he's a fat son of a bitch. This guy's so huge I can't get his whole body into any picture, and believe me I tried with some wide-angle lenses.

As for the picture, yeah it does suck. You basically discovered selective desaturation, everyone went through this at some point. Subject is boring, you should have put more emphasis on these creepy cartoon characters.

I agree that the subject is very boring. the concept is a good one really but you've chosen a poor picture to so it with.

I'd try it again with something more subtle. think of the little girl in the red coat from Schindler's list.

It's a tragedy.
It's exactly like a greek tragedy.
We should only be Greeks.

I don't think your subject adds anything to the image. I'd shoot it without him in the picture and focus more on the cartoons. Also, the desaturation doesn't add anything to the photo, shoot it straight color.

Today is your way out...
