| | | It's a medium format 6x7 SLR. I'm going to develop the first two rolls of 120 film on Monday. I know EatsTooMuchJam uses one. They are very cheap compared to purchasing a new one, right now. I highly recommend it -- as with most of what Mamiya makes. Use the flash shoe in the first picture as a size comparison. (On the side of the camera)

| | | Pros are starting to dump this kind of stuff in favour of DSLRs. So medium format gear like this is now getting to be pretty cheap on the used market, whereas five years or so back this type of equipment held its value well. (I've been watching and waiting to pounce on a Fuji med. format rangefinder camera.)

Yes. A very good situation for me -- as I am going in the opposite direction. I can barely stand digital. I only use it when the situation requires speed in processing.

| | | YEP! One man's junk is another man's treasure. In the case of good modern medium format gear, it has years of useful service ahead. Alot of people just have the disposable income that allows them to jump into bleeding edge technology before the rest of us. And they leave cool stuff like that Mamiya RB67 behind for others to enjoy. Consider yourself "poorer but smarter". ;)
