Check out this website, i don't search graff websites but this i like, it is actually really pretty and non-permanent, not only that they say that it has uses in making CCTV cameras more visible at night, could be useful for all types of scenarios.

Nifty idea. But if you want to get technical about the "non-permanent" aspect, I can foresee one way it can be dangerous. Say you mark a camera, and someone later burglarizes the location, and notices your marking LED. Some prosecutor is likely to try and make you an accessory for making it easier for the burglar to see the security measures in place.

It's still very cool, and probably useful, but just one possible way it can bite you in the ass down the road.
