A friend and I have just started with this whole scene. Any photography advice would be appreciated. -;)

My biggest draw is those abandoned houses in the middle of the bush. (Think 'Blair Witch Project') ...But I'm also terribly envious of those who've accessed old asylums and hospitals...sounds perfect.

My general work can be found here- http://curmudgeon75.deviantart.com/

Cheers.

These are pretty small, but I think I like the middle one. But it's kind of too small to really see any detail.

Thank you. Yes, too small. Links would've been better, I suppose. You could check 'em out through original link, if you like! ...Or take a look at the gallery.--

so are you setting up the lighting for these shots or are you using the natural light of the rooms?

Awsome shots there!

Welcome to UER.

On a side note, you know any good vets? I'm not sure if my cat is alive or dead.

What ever you do, don't look at it!

It seemed like a good idea at the time.

Natural. Too much of it, sometimes. Last one was a 30sec exposure in a basement.

Cheers.

My favourite is #2. It's a unique composition that looks both comfortable and trashy.

Post whoring?...*whoosh!*-that went way over my head...Fug. Did I do something wrong? If so, fill me in. Remember, I'm in 'UER Forum Kindergarten'. --I don't know the system yet.

Thanks! -I used a despeckle, which I think was a mistake...too smooth, --looks like an oil painting. ...But I'm glad you like it!!

Here's the first one of that series-- http://www.deviantart.com/view/30865088/

.....and my most recent-- http://www.deviantart.com/view/30958454/

Post whoring would be when you post pointlessly to drive up your post count. Or, in this case, you responded to three ppl in three different messages only minutes apart. lol There's nothing wrong with it, I'm just bugging ya.

It does make it a bit easier to read if you're responding to multiple messages, just do it in one.

Don't worry, you're not breaking any rules ... Yet!
