Either I'm the first person to look at these or everyone has horrible taste in photography.

I like your style. I'm not great at critiquing, but you definitely have potential. I like the grainy look of some of the first B&W shots you posted. They give me a positive sick feeling (if you can understand that).
Were you using infrared for the chair shot in your first post? It's different because of that effect, thus original in my opinion.
I also like the portrait in your first post. Good facial expressions, but I wish the background was bathed in artificial lighting.

Keep taking pictures!

Are you using digital or film? Infrared film makes for wacky colors shifts, but you can achieve that effect with Photoshop, of course.

Tu scores des points côté originalité pour la première série mais pour ce qui est de la deuxième, y'a des problèmes de surexposition/sous exposition. Si ton appareil est tout automatique, évite de prendre des photos contenant à la fois une scène très sombre et très éclairée. Sinon, trouve-toi un p'tit trépied et traîne-le, ça s'achète à 5$ dans les magasins de photo et ça t'évite d'avoir à utiliser un flash.

Oui mon appareil est automatique.. et pis j'prend l'idée du trépied en considération, j'en aurais vraiment besoin... Mais j'ai pas d'cash pour l'instant! mais bon...merci pour les conseils
