love "chair by window" and "third floor"
last one has great potential for a hardcore spooky haunted feel
perhaps try shooting this location during a rainstorm or with similarly moody skies

in terms of your interior shots
some are just too dark, bring a tripod, shoot with a slower shutter speed
or bring a flash or try a multiple exposure shot or try playing with the levels in photoshop to dig out some of those details in the shadows

compositionally you really know how to frame a shot and I love the colours

"pimp my ride" could be cool in black and white or cropped as there is alot going on in the shot
even so I like it alot is it is

great work, lots of possibilities and a great site to get lots of cool photos

I have to say most of your photos have a creepy feel to it but in a cool way. "The Blue room" and "The Funeral Home" really creeps me out. I like the lighting in "Fireplace" and "Chair by the window". "Back Down to the 2nd" would have been better if the camera wasn't shaky, try using a tripod that would help a lot. With "Pimp my Ride" try cropping it so the car isn't towards the center. "The Funeral Home" I like how the gravel leads the viewer's eyes toward the house.

two images struck me as being ok but in need of a crop...

too much unnecessary stuff on the left made a cluttered image.

too much uninteresting black space on the right.

I like your photos...I agree on the crop issues, but you have an eye for finding a good subject. I'm looking forward to seeing more of your work.

Nice stuff, Tippa. That tractor alone could be a nice series. Keep shooting, and go back and shoot the car - and lots of it. (digital? film?)
You have some nice contrast with colors.
What part of PA are you in, and is that place near you?

thanks guys. i have a digital camera and tripod that one that is shaky was because when i took it something slamed superhard somewhere inthat house and scared the piss out of me. this site is about a 10 min car ride from clarion and has a few other houses on the way that i want to check out and what seems to be an old hospital. once again thanks for looking.

Very nice pictures... I'd like to see some more of the old treadle sewing machine. It's artifacts like that that really give a place character and a sense of time. I'd guess, judging by the fireplace, the treadle sewing machine and some of the architectural details visible that this place would have been built in the late 1880s or 1890s. Do you have any more details on this property?

Thanks.

Maybe your just not lucky. I'm not saying you don't love this country. I'm just wondering how much worse it could be if you were on the other side. Yes, God does speak to you. yeah. its was a funeral home then it turned into an assisted living home. there are bills from the 1920's in the attic. and then pictures of all the old people hanging out scattered all over the place. it was really insane. There is just tons of stuff all over the place its just too much to take in on the first trip. Im going back there soon to get more pics.
