That having been said, with the limited exposure you're gonna receive, I'd just go cheap and buy something that limits the smell of mold and other nastiness. Sometimes "building stink" is what makes you sick, even if it's just psychosomatic. So if it makes you feel better, go for it but it's by no means a fool proof solution. There is a reason abatement teams wear full suits with waist mounted filters and full face masks.. because they are doing it right AND they are doing it every day.
