| | | | To be 100% honest, I'm not too big of a fan of this photo. The reason being is that the sky has all of the colour and there is nothing going on in it. All the action seems to take place in the foreground but it's all lifeless with out the colour. You should try to reverse of what you did or all b+w or all colour.
I mean thats just my opinion, but do as you please.

| | | | This would be a good photo if you wanted to perhaps use it as an advertisement, and just write in the big blank blue (go alliteration!) space at the top.
Other than that, more foreground included and crop the majority of that blue. It's way strong.

| | | | There is too much sky with nothing in it. I think the color could work on the sky because of the way the building is, but in this case it doesn't work. I like the overall look of the building...I think you have the exposure right and it looks crisp and good. However, cutting off the bottom right corner like that doesn't work. It makes the image feel like it's not balanced...it needs that corner to be complete to give it something to rest on. You got so much sky in there that you didn't need, but then cut off the bottom.
I would shoot this horizontal to try and get more of the back of the building, and I would consider photoshopping out some of the stuff on the street. Not major stuff, but the light posts and stuff maybe. If you could do it cleanly it might look really nice.

| | | | Its a good photo but theres too much sky. the main focus is the building. Try cropping this photo to focus on the building. Also try having the photo all in B&W, in color, or color in the building and b&w in the background.
