HEllo Everyone. Im new to the site and to urban exploration altogether. I really wanna try it out sometime. Hopefully soon. I was wondering if there are any groups that I may join up with that can teach me the ropes about UE.

Thanks
NightFox

If you let us know where you are, maybe somebody would be willing to meet up with you.

In any case, you can read these forums, and the articles on infiltration.org... consider buying the book Access All Areas, because its a really excellent introduction. Most importantly, get out there and explore whatever you can find... don't do anything stupid, but you definitely need to push the limits of whatever you are comfortable with ;)

Best advice I can give is to find a small location, pack a cell phone and JUST GO AND DO IT. There aren't any rules and everyone has their own personal objectives. I started out alone...but if you don't like the idea of that, grab a friend. You don't need a seasoned explorer with you to make it a good trip. It's about discovery, not about being toured about. Have fun!

Also remember the UE mantra: Take nothing but photographs, leave nothing but footprints. Or you are no better than vandals and vagrants!

Welcome to the club UE. It's quite a sexy club, if I do say so myself.

Bringing exploration to Clarksville.

TO is pretty big, if your a little more specific your more likely to get someone to take you around: I am fine with hanging out around York University Campus.

You're in luck anyways, a huge percentage of the people on this board are in toronto. Check the events schedule, and also, just get out there!

It'd be a good idea to go with someone who a) knows what they're doing, or b) won't take off at the first sign of trouble.
If you get stuck or hurt or something else, and you're alone, you're pretty much fucked.
