What was the worst situation you have ever gotten yourself into? This can include getting youself caught, hurt, or was just a overly bad day.

Got a friends car all hung up for 7 hours in -35ºC on a snowmobile trail one night. That was a fun one to try and get out of. Luckily no one drove by!

I was exploring an active concrete factory/graval pit at 2 am when a truck pulled up and I had to dodge a few guys and high-tail it out of there. That's about it.

My worst UE experience was just last night. I was doing some reconnaissance on an abandoned skyscraper in a pretty bad part of Birmingham. I had climbed up the side of the building to a small second story roof when I heard someone rattling the gate. The roof was at a slope and I had no choice but to press myself up against the side of the building and hope I wasn't seen. The homeless guy walked into the small courtyard directly below me, took a piss and sat down with his crack pipe. After a few minutes he finished up and left. Not really that bad of a situation but it sure did spook me.

Well, what I thought was an abandoned barn out in the woods ended up being a really big meth lab. I ended up hiding in a hay loft for an hout waiting for the owner to leave.

Dang dude. You could have caught a bad case of dead from that!

Well, mine was when I was doing the halloween game and I swung in front of a camera, didnt notice till maintenance showed up as I was snapping pics WITH flash in their direction... Yeah... thats why I only got one pic of the front..

Had to scramble all over my school's roof to find a suitable place to hop down and run like hell.

Bringing exploration to Clarksville.

I had a gun pointed at me by a police officer in a park across from the building at 1am we were going to. It was pitch black and a 60 degree incline, and we lost the path. Some old woman called the cops saying there were "prowlers". I about pissed myself..

We told them we were playing flashlight tag and they let us go, so I guess it wasn't _so_ bad. the gun scared the shit out of me. "JESUS... DID YOU WANT TO GET FUCKING SHOT?!" me:"i'm sorry "

i recently broke one of my rules (dont ue alone)and went to and old uni that was being demolished near my place.while in there i was climbing some rubble and it gave way and we came tumbling down, nothin to major.but a big piece of concrete smashed into my knee and i couldnt even move it.after layin there in complete agony for what felt like ages. i was thinkin this is great, none of my friends would even know where this place is,let alone find you in acres of rubble.the guy i usaly ue with was away for week end he was no help and was starting to panic abit,of the thought of having to ring some authorities, and i think that thought alone gave me enough adrenalin to get my my self out of there
i finaly got my ass out of there went to doc next day to find out i crushed the muscle into mt knee cap.needless to say i wont be goin UE by myself again.

back in august my friend and i decided to go looking for abandoned houses and stumbled upon one that was in a field that her dad leases to grow crops in. it was about a mile off of the main road and we couldn't find another way to it, so naturally we decide to drive her ford mustang thru the field to get to the house and barn.

we got stuck, thanks to the crops we were running over, and had to call her dad to the rescue with his rollback truck.

the car was covered in grasshoppers and dust and plants. and i had a twenty minute sneezing fit.

[the house was further to the left]

[yay grasshoppers!]

man was he pissed... we destroyed a lot of the plants and got yelled at, but it could have been worse if it had been anyone else's fields.

How did you know it was a meth lab and not an mdma lab, or something else? Notice tanks of Methylamine? Tons of Sudafed pills? I'm just sayin' . . . just because it's a clandestine lab doesn't mean it's a meth lab, there are lots of synthetics out there.

Nearly walking (not even falling, just walking) into a deep, deep pool of stagnant water with metal and other garbage beneath the surface that had formed in a stairwell. The surface had been so calm and perfectly reflective that I hadn't been able to visually distinguish the reflection from what I'd perceived as a clear walk down. A horrible illusion that only happens with the right mixture of half-light, still dead air, murky water and surrounding structures. That would have made for a very nasty swim/scrape up and a whole lot of tetanus shots, and was enough to jar me for the rest of the exploration. Only seen similar illusions deep underground, but above ground is a whole different sort of strange.

Get down, girl, go 'head, get down.
