I'm sure you can find it just by driving around or asking somebody. I understand people like talking about the past and this was a very important building during their oil boom. http://suv.topcities.com/rs1.htm Downtown texarkana has the Grim Hotel (which I haven't been in yet), another hotel (but it is next to the police dept, and a brick manufacturer (that they are beginning to use as something - almost got in trouble there). Just drive around downtown Texarkana and you'll find something. it's just a matter of finding a safe way in.
