Drive East along Riverside (east of Jefferson, east of Lauzon Pkwy. maybe east of Manning) until you come accross the building along the water, can't miss it. Don't know if it is still used for storage, the city uses the grounds outside to store dirt / sand for winter. You can't be lost if you don't care where you are!
