| | Can you recommend some must see sites in or around Toronto < on 1/13/2003 7:17 AM >
| | | I,ve got some holidays coming up soon and want to see some old abandoned sites like Whitby Psych and others. Can you recommend any places I can go and include directions. Also I dont mind a good drive outside T.O if its worth it.
Thanks

| | | You could pay money and go to the top of the CN Tower... you could spend a day at the ROM or the Art Gallery, there is always the skydome, Toronto Island, or the Science Centre... all these places are "must see"
try reading the different missions listed on all the websites. Try finding the ring hub somewhere on one of these sites and you'll find listings of all the sites in the Urban Exploration Ring Hub.

| | | One of my friends either works for Otis, or worked for Otis, I can't remember which... he's still working on elevators, but I can't remember if he quit Otis to go somewhere else, or if he quit his other job to work at Otis.
Cool that you got on top of the CN tower, I'd love to base jump off that puppy!!!

| | | All you UEs in Toronto are very lucky.
I watch the show "La Femme Nikita" that was filmed in Toronto. It is currently being aired on the Oxygen network - TV for girls^H^H^H^Hwomen.
I really don't watch it to much for the story (that never made too much sense - its just a spy vs spy shoot 'em up) but all the great/exotic UE places you have up there.
The location managers did a great job of finding these heavy industrial sites, and there seemed to be a new location every episode.
They cancelled the series, but still fun to watch for all the UE type location shoots they did.
