well done!

When I say I'm 'clean and sober', it means I've showered and I'm headed to the liquor store.

I'm not sure what exactly they are doing with it; although I know to some degree they are renovating it at least so it doesn't come crumbling down. The 1st floor is still active with businesses (some of which have been there for nearly 100 years), 2nd floor still has some elderly residents living there, and this (the 3rd) floor has been largely abandoned for quite a while.

That place would be perfect for a movie, it's got just the right amount of unuse and there's a story to be told there. I've always loved buildings / the style of things from that era
