| | | | @Ed - Thanks! The Penguinn and I live together in IL now so I drag him with me everywhere I explore, not that he puts up a fight. He actually unknowingly provided me with some light for the icicles going into the basement in #3 and helped me light paint #1. He's useful on occasion :p
@Big country - All but the theater which a UER member told me about.
@Headhunter, Greencheese + Lalani - I had actually already put my camera and tripod back in their cases before I took #4 but then when I saw it I had to take everything back out for that shot haha. Glad it was worth it :p
@Starman - if by 'junk' you mean 'awesome old furniture', then yes. However, they're doing work in the building now so I'm not sure what will become of it.

Huh. There was a ton of old furniture in the upstairs area (the part that had been converted to apartments) and most of the stuff downstairs was broken. Do you know what they're doing with the building?

There was also a room with a light on close to the entrance though and it sounded like a generator or something running so we didn't go too far that way. I have no idea what they're doing with the building. I didn't notice any changes to the actual building since the first time I was there, that light wasn't on the first time either so someone has been doing something lol.

Sorry, I should have been clearer. I meant the old main entrance to the theater. Former lobby turned thrift store area. A lot of the furniture was in the former foyer off of the balcony level. I was just wondering if they moved any of that downstairs, because when we were there all the stuff in the former lobby was broken.

| | | | ohhh, yeah, it looks like they moved it all down to the ground level lobby/main entrance area. It was like that the first time I went as well. There's still some stuff in the upstairs area, but not as much and none of it is as nice. I got the impression that whoever has been in there has been moving the furniture or working on it in the room with the light on since some of it was in there. There's still a lot of nice stuff in there, it wouldn't surprise me if they were trying to salvage it.
If you remember where the stairs to the balcony are though in the lobby, we didn't get any closer to the front of the lobby than that point. I have a friend who said he tried going near the front entrance and set off an alarm so we've stayed clear of that area. All the furniture we saw was right outside the entrance to the ground level theater seating.
