I think in the US kids can be naked too, as long as its not for porn.

Don't forget, that almost everything that has something to do with naked people is usually considered as porn in US. And if kids are included, it's two times as bad as normal porn ;)

Only two?

Also, I think that laws regarding pictures of minors are like the age-of-concent laws, it depends on the state you are in. Unless you have to cross a border, state or national, in which case federal law applies.

Not sure how it effects someone crossing INTO the states, though. Usually the laws are for people who go to OTHER countries.

In the vein of getting this back on topic, I personally would be slightly concerned about lying down naked anywhere in the Buffalo Central Terminal. I've never been there, but if it's anywhere near as dirty/dusty/nasty as some UE locations, I really don't think I'd want that sort of schmutz all over my naughty bits (or anywhere, for that matter).

I'd just like to go on record as saying that I am definitely all for naked people being in off-limits locations.

BCT Chronic and I have done the tours there...paid for our tickets, bought the T-shirts...offered to volunteer if possible....we've done our part. We signed up to get the newsletters.

It's a fantastic bulding to tour and worth the $12 US. Go if you get a chance.

It should be a fun time had by all. No one will be allowed into the terminal who is not getting nude for the shoot that day, and I am pretty sure the Albright-Knox will be getting a copy of the final product for their perminant collection.

If any of you are interested in volunteering (clothed) please feel free to PM me or email me at:

[email protected]

Sometimes we need people for clean-up, sometimes PR, most of the time we just need people who are willing to do almost anything...haha.

I work on the PR commitee, we are having a meeting at the terminal this Thursday at 5:30pm, so if anyones local, the more the merrier! We will be planning for the year ahead!

you miss too much these days if you stop to think...
