But Mamiya Press cameras shoot dumb aspect too!

1. mine is a mamiya universal, there is a difference between the "super 23" the "press" and the universal

How about a couple of pics of the rig? Camera nerds like to see the camera as well as the final product.

You must mean ~105mm (50mm equivalent), right? Either way, you got some good ones here.

No I mean 50mm. 21ish equivalent on 6x9 24ish on 6x7... This lens is seriously wide

Nom, does that 6x9 back double as a bulk film holder for 220 film? And how heavy are those lenses btw, leaf shutters are beasts.

Amazing set as well, #13 on the roof is amazing.

Its lighter then the rb67 i used to use (not sure if you have ever held one or if that gives you an idea) The film holder is a bit unusual. Unlike the wrap around film backs that are more compact and more commonly used, this one abandoned all concern of practicality and aesthetics. It is completely designed for superior film flatness. Also, yes it can shoot 220, or 120 and thanks

Thanks for the hardware photos! I've wanted an RB since I was in high school (that's a LONG time ago) but have never broke down and bought one. I still have a Mamiya 1000 35mm along with a selection of lenses from the early 70's. Now that I think about it, I have a 21mm lens with that which would be a lot of fun to play with.

I also traded for a Yashica 2 1/4 that I have sitting on my shelf. I used them in my high school photography classes. There is just something about larger format film that I like.
