Nah. I didn't "spot" it. Heck, my post is quoting Intrinsic's post on it. I just noticed it for the first time.

Haha, sorry Relik.

It was posted by me on another site 2 or so years ago, but brought over here later than that. I just edited the post to make it fit the timeline of when it was posted on UER.

It was posted by you again this year. I'm not sure how much a person could have "matured" since February:

By coming clean, perhaps? Admitting to the lie seems like a pretty mature thing to do.

It's better than "pulling a Railguy" and never admitting to lying. That is immature.

Oh good, my slow clap processor made it into this thing.

You mean like what she did with the first incident?

I've made my apology. I can't really do much more than that.

Creepy dolls or stuffed animals are always weird...

My point still stands.

Railguy was also caught and shamed and didn't fess up. Skye did. So why are they receiving similar treatment right now?

Cuz Railguy got banned, and Skye's still here?

Notice, Xperiment was also posting stolen pics, and at least had the goodness to close his own account and bow out.

You go back far enough in most UER users posts and you will find a post that was put there to push themselves up further in the UER circle. So what?

We are all here to impress strangers who we may never meet, and for what reason? Nothing. Lets just put this one aside and keep with the theme of the thread.

The Durango '95 purred away a real horrowshow - a nice, warm vibraty feeling all through your guttiwuts. And soon it was trees and dark, my brothers, with real country dark.

Stole several large pieces of equipment from a pristine hospital including an incubator.
Smashed walls and lightbulbs
Turned on the steam in aforementioned hospital and flooded the basement.
Flushed all the toilets and turned on all the sinks in the hospital.

Lit an organ on fire
supposedly stole thousands of dollars worth of stuff from the former Steve Jobs semi-abandoned mansion.

Bragged about his escapades to other UER members via text and phone calls. The list goes on and on. Dig up the old hospital thread - it's plenty of fun to read.

Man that guy was a real toolbucket!!

This one event we went to together, he spent a couple hours of the car ride there telling me about all this time he had spent in the Boy Scouts, and how he was still an active ..Eagle scout? something... whatever position men in their late 20's do when they're still active in the Boy Scouts.

Telling me about all these campouts they went on and how he's a survivalist and all this stuff. Good heady material about how independent he is.

Fast forward to later that night. I don't recall quite how it came about, but he was basically asking me to fill and light his camp stove for him. He didn't want to get white gas on his hands and didn't know how to light it.

I told him that I was busy with my own stuff and arranging my rope access gear and to do it himself (and something about him being an eagle scout), and he threw a fit!! Started yelling and whining and throwing a general tantrum.

It was quite a sight to see!!

Another time, at a gas station we were filling up at while carpooling, he said he didn't have any money to pay for group gas. Then like 15 mins later comes walking outta the general store with some fancy $15 sandwich and a $3 ticket from the little fortune teller machine inside.

You know what he didn't do though?

Railguy never threatened to have me arrested over something after lying to me about it in the first place.

In an unrelated plagiarism case concurrently being discussed on here, the decision was reached that plagiarism alone isn't enough for the moderators to take disciplinary action. I just found out about it now, and it really doesn't sit right with me even with a halfhearted apology and further insistence that "I apologised, what more do you want?" but that's more an issue for other users to deal with regarding the plagiarist's trust level.

During a trip to a large condemned factory near us, we stumbled upon this near the woods behind it... terrifying.

This wasn't the most pleasant thing I've walked up on.

But also not the worst either. Very few creepy things, but I've seen lots of kids trying to be "scary" with stuff.

A buddy and I were out walking through cattle country one time, and we came across a dead cow.

Only it was bloated. SO bloated! I guess it had been rotting and filling up with gasses from the inside?

He made the mistake of kicking it.

It exploded.

The stench was... I cannot .... I ... it was....

I threw up, then I kept dry heaving while running away.

He never kicked a dead animal again, I can tell you that much.
