Well it wouldn't be the first time someone rage-quit and then signed up with a new account only to keep the old battles alive. Then again, the way you did it was far too obvious: some new person shows up, thanks BuddyKermit for his service and talks about his history on the site before your registration, then lectures us on how this website works despite being three days old.

I mean basically you're saying you're unsatisfied with the reputation you've built and you want to give us all amnesia so we forget who you are. Reputation is important on UER for helping us all decide how much of our illegal activities we want to share with strangers and whether we'll go with them into places that would be good for hiding our corpses. You can't just walk away from it.
And yes, it is possible for members to redeem themselves (presuming you are BuddyKermit, which you seem to have both denied and confirmed). But it takes more than a couple months, and no one likes a drama queen.
BK actually did get a fair amount of positive recommendations from members, but it was decided that the strikes by other members couldn't be overlooked for the time being. Probably it would've been possible to get accepted on the second try.

Steed is on the mark here. I did see BK softening his approach and was pleased that he seemed to be becoming less abrasive. Had that continued for a while longer, I would have supported his FM request.

It doesn't work that way and it never will!!
Here is a simple formula:
1 - Get out and explore
2 - Post photos of your exploits
3 - Follow the group guidelines about location names and entry points
4 - Go back to step 1
Other thoughts
5 - Post in other threads that interest you. It's not ALL about you.
6 - Don't be defensive and argumentative. Some folks will like your stuff, others won't.
7 - It's easier to be nice than to be an a$$hole. You can be an a$$hole, but you better be ready to take the heat.
8 - Did I mention going back to step 1
