All the hate... people... I didn't see any hate... just HM stirring the pot. I'd feel more welcome by copping some honest ribbing than having people be fake (not saying anyone here was being fake). I based my original response on the subject title and don't carry an ounce of hate towards the OP, Walmart and its subsidiaries. Drops microphone, exits stage right. PS. | | | My first mine explore was absolutely pathetic. Embarrassing actually. It was a tiny little mine that went back about 100 feet then stopped. There was a broken ladder leading up into the workings but I was too afraid to climb up and look. Sheesh. Thankfully more explores lead to better skills, and better skills led to better explores. It's a bit of a "chicken and egg" situation, but the more you explore the better you get. Stay after it. (But get a camera from SOMEWHERE.) Abby Normal

Definitely try to go during the day, even if that's less comfortable for you. Eventually you'll understand the visual importance of natural lighting! I learned to despise flash.
Posted by Captain_Slow Eh fuck these guys. You did good. My first explores were empty shells of houses in the boondocks.
|
And this. My first explore was an epic and amazing location. I shot it worse than I'd do with an empty crackhouse today.

^ and this. All very true. This is one of my first pictures, a hallway in a massive abandoned hospital. This is what my threads used to consist of...

My first thread was everyone making fun of me for breaking my P&S in a fit of rage. Look where I am now.

No, not at all. It's not the first time I've been new to a forum. Honestly, thanks for the support.

I think you have no right to say that. What people consider interesting varies. Some people don't have access to hospitals, prisons, etc... Plus, he already mentioned it wasn't the coolest place. Edit: Just found this. I find a huge abandoned building much more interesting than a bunch of exteriors and 3 pictures of a bland modern interior. http://www.uer.ca/...urrpage=1&pp#post0
Edit Again: Ugh, grammar and spelling errors. [last edit 11/8/2012 8:31 PM by EsseXploreR - edited 4 times]

This is one thread , I haven't had much time to upload/edit photos. There is more to come of those I posted recently. I don't understand why I'm even saying this. Fuck anything I've ever posted here has been more interesting than a Walmart. Kid just keep at it and look out for more interesting places is all.
