#3 is kick ass!

#1 is in competition with #3 so you would pick #3. ∴ #1 isn't necessary.

#2 is boring and lacks contrast. The perspective is also bad. Its like the leaning tower of Pisa.

Numbers 1 and 3 are indeed redundant; however, I prefer the longer perspective and shadow-play of #1.

Thanks guys, they are similar, im trying to adjust to my newly acquired wide angle. I am slightly more pattial to no. 1 myself. Any technical critiques?

#1 I feel that anyone with a UWA lens can just walk in and take that pic (although I still like the image). That's why I like #3 better. UWA's are cool if you get close to your subject (although it's a slippery slope with distortion control).

Again, #2 you need to point the lens down a bit and be level with the ground. Another issue with UWA's. If you point up the slightest bit, you will lose all straight lines.

I feel that they are all a little flat too and could use a bit of contrast.

Thanks, this is along the lines of what i was looking for. I definitely see what you are saying about the second inage and pointing the camera down. I was much closer in the 3rd image but start to see some of that distortion you speak of in the right corner. I added contrast to all of them but i guess i can always use more =)

Thanka for the tips!

No problem! I'm also wondering if the contrast is not so much of an issue. Did you use the uploader on UER? I think that could be a reason they look like that to me.

I've never tried photobucket but I definitely see a loss in quality, although maybe it's not a big issue. I really have to stare hard at them to notice. lol

Just tell me to shut up already!

Great shots. Slightly prefer #1 over #3.
Maybe move over a bit on #1 to center ceiling line to vanishing point like #3.

+1 on the #2 exterior shot comments.

Agreed!

it's better to be absolutely ridiculous than absolutely boring.
