| | | Last summer before I become an adult Part 3 < on 8/22/2012 4:18 PM >
| | | Well, my exploring partner is already back in school and I go back in just a week. I guarantee you nobody at my school had a splortastic summer as awesome as mine. This post has drains and buildings, enjoy.
Bell Telephone headquarters:
Back to that school for one last look.
An abandoned highrise that we explored just in time, it got torn down almost immediately afterwords.
Then I explored a drain named Dethwater that was rumored to have been expanded on. Well it had been expanded, but the upper branch was too high to reach.
(Nikon N75 + Nikkor 24-85mm + Ilford FP4) Then as the final shabang of the summer, we went to 3 drains. We revisited two that we had discovered, Kloppenerg and Glorious Brick. The other one we went to out of bordem, that's the Harvard Gulch drain. Kloppenberg:
Glorious Brick:
Harvard Gulch:
EDIT: Here is a video of me accidentally lighting my hair on fire in a drain, I can't figure out how to embed it from Flickr, so here is the link: http://www.flickr....72157626660383962#
Thanks for looking! [last edit 8/22/2012 4:28 PM by urbexkeith - edited 4 times]

| | | Dude, your drain shots are absolutely amazing. Absolutely worth setting your hair on fire, which might I add is equally epic.

| | | You're one of the only people that make drains look interesting to me. Great shots. You're a cool creative young dude. Keep it up.

| | | I used to think drains were really boring when I went in my first drain in mid 2009 (photo below). But then the drain gods smacked me in the head with a manhole lid, ever since I have loved drains and had a slight stutter. Thanks all for your compliments too, it means a lot hearing people say "Your photos make something I find boring interesting" hahaha.
