no offence but i can't see any reason for anyone to maintain camera surveillance on a place that wrecked.

i'd assume you just got unlucky with the timing...


the flip side is if someone has a meth lab or pot crop going there and that's who turned up

* i have had this happen, and let's say the lack of intelligence of the people we came across plus some quick talking,and despite being greatly outnumbered, got usout ok but only just, older and wiser members of their gang arrived as we were about 40ft from the exit point and they were coming for us as we ducked out...this is a much much worse scenario than getting caught by security or cops

I notice electricity and phone lines are still hooked up i wonder if theres still a meter face? because that would lead someone to believe its being at least maintained.

I looked in the general area of the lines, didn't see a meter. However, this doesn't mean there isn't one.

You could use a clamp amps meter and see if there is a power flow.
