|  | | | Every time I read up the history of some asylums, half the resources list them as Kirkbrides and the others are all over the map. Honestly I probably wouldn't even know one if I even saw it...and therefore I'm curious. Which state hospitals are actually Kirkbrides or have kirkbride buildings?
I realize how bizarre it might be to respond without namedropping...but I think answers [with a state] like 'the one where they filmed Crappy Movie A' or 'the one with the over-photographed row of tubs in the basement' or 'Danvers' suffices.

| | | | Minnesota has one. I can't give you the name without giving you the actual city it's in, since it's named after it lol. It's vacant currently, but they do the occasional tour and are planning to fix it up soon.
