#1. You got some reflections that I would have gotten rid of by just moving position a little.

#2. Is too dark.

#3. Your focus falls off in the foreground. The ceiling is a little annoying.

#4. Way too saturated outside.

#5. A little fuzzy around the edges and also a little boring and a little dark.

#6. Just a tad dark. Pretty good though.

#7. Too saturated.

Thanks, I'm working pretty hard to balance window shots. Not sure if you ever do HDRs or not, any pointers?

As for dark, I think I have a brighter than most monitor. They look perfectly exposed on mine but if I view them on my girlfriend's laptop everything is different. I'm thinking my monitor is abnormal, not vice versa, I get that critique alot.

#4 isn't level.

Every vertical shot in this set could and should be cropped tighter: too much blank space at the top and/or bottom.

I don't do HDR but the most important thing to remember with HDR is to not over do it. Look at the scene before you shoot. If the finished picture is more saturated, contrasty, sharpened, etc... than you see it in real life, then you have over done your processing.

I think #1 is the best shot you've posted here so far. I wouldn't change anything about it other than maybe a closer crop, like to an 8x10 ratio. But really a very nice shot.

I would definitely crop the ceiling out of #3.

The exteriors through the windows in #4 are way too saturated and too dark to look natural (same in #7). But at least they're not purple-gray and reminiscent of nuclear winter like they are when a lot of people use HDR.

I like #6 other than the crookedness. When taking a shot like that you should really try to get at least one line level; the overhead lights are a good reference point.

#5 is a little crooked too; the ceiling tiles and the floor tiles both slant down to the right.
