Posted by JohnsAwesome Hey all, my name's John and I live up in Southern Maine. I'm not much of a photographer, but I may have to start after seeing some of the sweet photos people here get. I've been an "urban explorer" for about four years or so (on and off) now, although back then it was more of a "hey, we're bored so let's check out this abandoned place" type thing. I'm hoping to find some people in the New England area who know some awesome places because I'm trying to find more, and hopefully on some of my adventures over the next few months, I can find some to share as well! |
I really just want to see which locations are here and which aren't, plus find others I may not be aware of! |
Posted by UrbanXNick I must tell you, in the DB, Basic members can only see locations that are marked publicly viewable and/or demolished. Full members see all. |
Posted by Rusher Hi everyone! I'm an urban explorer from the Finger Lakes, NY region. I've been into it for a couple of years now starting in college but I'm new to this site. If you're in the area or near Rochester or Syracuse, hit me up. I try to get out there as much as possible and would love to explore with some new people. |
Posted by lovelife hello all! I am nick and I am a photographer. I just recently found this site a couple weeks ago and I must say, I haven't been this interested in any thing as neat as UE in quite a while. I am terribly fascinated with the thought of seeing the way things were like before the time of outsourcing and most of our modern-day bullshit products. I am in the denver area and would love do do some exploring. PM me if interested in exploring. |
Posted by flerious Hey! Name's Tom. I've been using this site a bit on and off to try and find some cool places to go in CT and Mass, and only recently decided to make an account after discovering that there are hidden areas for full members. I've discovered a few places on my own, and seek to either post about them here, or to find them and add to their pages! I have quite a bit of drive to explore these places and am very interested in abandoned warehouses mostly. I was actually fortunate enough to visit a few places soon before they were demolished, and will post pictures/video of stuff like this as I either find it, or am inclined to do so. Hope to be pleased with the site, you guys seem pretty awesome. |
Posted by Evilbunny I dislike #1 deeply. |
