Really cool pics! Next time we head out we'll have to talk more about it....I'd like to go back when it's not quite so slippery. It's amazing how much wildlife is down there for being right in the middle of the city. I've had a few coyote encounters and found a few garter snakes too.

It's a bit hit and miss, the good stuff def seems to be underground or behind fences.

And thanks, but in fairness, I didn't have to do much.

The star makes it look like I drove there...

Noticed on my way to work this morning that one of the old local community chapels is no longer occupied. Not all that exciting but it's always nice to start the day off with a fresh bando.

Last weekend was my annual island trip, had a fantastic time and got to check out a few classic island spots that I've been looking forward to for years. I'll be updating the threads and DB entries for each throughout the week.

Went off-roading near Princeton hoping to see something abandoned along the way as a bonus. Ghost towns of the Granite Creek and Blakeburn proved to be nothing interesting, basically almost nothing left of them.

There were few somewhat interesting objects in the area. The Coalmont Hotel, which, according to the locals, stands empty for well over a year now, leftovers of a trestle bridge and abandoned cabin in the middle of nowhere.
