Nicknolte and I made it into a familiar location recently - it was new to him but I had seen some of it. Successful night, made it into 1 of 2 we attempted. Anyone have any idea what #4 is? (Something to do with natural gas, is our best guess..)

1.

2. Scrappers had been through here HARD.

3. Nicknolte checkin things out

4. What is this?

I'm hardly organised so here's my recent(ish) trip to the Surrey Public Market. Lots of vandalism and a bat.

BCKing, homie, please. Use the following image tag for your photos:

Edit the post if you see this in time so we don't have to scroll two miles across a browser just to see your pics.

There's some really talented graffiti in there, neat explore.

I went in search of a "haunted" and empty little church today but when I finally found it, it'd been torched. Creepy little cemetery though.

This was an impromptu stop today. I am becoming better at walking through waist high grass but still managed to find a hidden hole in the ground. And...nothing like random birds flying up out of the grass to scare the crap out of you! lol

No explanation, no reason, no details. Just photos.

Germ explores, germ photographs, germ posts. Germ does not justify himself to anyone.

I do

things

But I actually should post more commentary but I like the concept of mystery mute posting of locations.

This place just shut down less than month ago due to water damage it seems. Was a school then turned into a community league of sorts before the water damage killed it off. They are building a replacement for it just beside it.

It was quite a simple and refreshing explore, it would of gone of without a hitch if somebody was a little more mindfull of their weight lol.

Not your typical pics but I've been doing some backcountry hiking this last week and thought I'd try to combine a bit of exploration too. All I really found was this....^^^

I'm sure some of you have encountered this given I've seen a lot of "out in the woods" pics here and we're all from the same part of the world! Given the giant pile of scat later down the trail, we were probably about 3 hours behind it.

Enjoy the YYC meet up guys!

Agreed. Someone further down the trail said they'd seen a mom and cub, which always makes me nervous, but no sightings for us. We did find an old dock and rowboat but nothing really picture worthy! lol

I think this may be one of the oldest intact underground utility systems on the west coast. Water still flows freely through the sewer.

Beautiful brick-lined manhole shafts:

Weird locally made manhole lids:

Bonus imported fire-hydrant:
