No kidding, a true Edwardian estate home. I can't believe we're still tearing shit like that down. This one seems like it's in good condition and would be a breeze bring back to life. The roof would probably cost a fortune to replace though.

Love the one original granite fence post randomly poking out of the newer fence

Technically these aren't my newest; they're actually quite old. I just found them when copying pictures over. The place doesn't exist anymore, as these were taken during it's demolition.








There was lots more smaller areas to the place, but I either lost the pictures or made the mistake of never taking any.

TBH I am shocked it hasn't just sank after 30 years in salt water without hull maintenance.

It`s probably covered in a film of french fry grease that keeps it buoyant.
