I am with you all on the recent popularity of boredom and wondering what is happening with exploration in Winnipeg.

One thing's for sure though... the glamour that Osborne Village had 10-15 years ago has depressingly vanished. I miss those days....

Happy New Year everyone!

It's been quite a while. I'd like to meet up with someone and explore some of the forgotten dark corners of this town.

Has anyone explored the storm drains that lead onto the Red River along Henderson highway? I poked my nose in one the other day and got nervous.

I've been as deep as possible into some in the south end of town. They narrow out pretty soon and you're wriggling on your stomach while you can hear mice running around. It's fun for about 5 minutes then you're happy to get out. Not many big drains in town

Would anyone be down to meet up this coming Saturday? (the 19th)
My friends are out of town and I've got a lot of biking I want to do.

Havent been on in a while. Good to see people trying to get out.

Heres a tip for a nice afternoon. Theres an old Jellystone Campground west of the City. Off Lido Plage Road. Its on google under Jellystone Dog Park. Im not sure why, considering Ive never seen anyone or their dog there. The area boasts an abandoned swimming pool, Snack Stand, Large log cabin lodge, caved in house, and other structures. Careful, there are open wells and you can fall. Its been closed since the 90s I believe. Its a spot rarely talked about. Have fun. Post your pics.

Now hook me up with somethin'
